Kirkpatrick Consulting provides one to one, person centric coaching programmes to facilitate individuals to meet their goals and fulfil their potential.

Using feedback and assessments to understand a coachee’s current situation, skills and strengths; coaching goals and timelines are agreed at each session and progress is assessed throughout the programme and documented in the (confidential) coaching contract.

One to one, confidential, coaching sessions and intersession support are provided, on site, near office or home location or over Zoom/Teams.

Cognitive behavioural coaching facilitates personal and professional transformation to values and strengths centric goals, relegating self-limiting beliefs and defining new self-enabling guiding principles to assist transformation.

In support of succession planning, leadership development, recruitment and talent mobility, Kirkpatrick Consulting provides assessment capability to identify underlying values, talents, aptitudes, behavioural and character traits in the talent pool. Assessment results are used to inform individual development plans or coaching programmes.

Using Kirkpatrick Consulting’s proprietary Career Values framework through self-assessment and coach facilitated self-appraisal and assimilation, coachees are able to identify the career values which motivate them and underpin decision making and career direction.

Using the PROPHET psychometric profiling tool, we provide analysis and feedback on preferred working styles, strengths, personal motivations, decision making styles and approach towards business activities.

Jan Kirkpatrick is an accredited RocheMartin emotional intelligence assessor and coach and facilitates self-assessment and 360 degrees assessment, feedback and skills development programmes. The RocheMartin Emotional Capital assessment and report is an integral aspect of TRACTION our coaching programme for career success, continuity, and performance.
